Terms & Conditions – NVGR8 Bio Labs

By accessing www.nvgr8.com (the “Site”), browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase products from NVGR8 Bio Labs.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by NVGR8 Bio Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you will not use, resell, distribute, or permit the use of our products for:
- Human or animal consumption
- Therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal purposes
- Cosmetic, fitness, or nutritional applications
- Injection, ingestion, or any non-laboratory use
- Any unlawful or unethical activity
Our products are not approved for medical, veterinary, or dietary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. NVGR8 Bio Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
3. Product Information & Disclaimer
All products are provided “as is” for research purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, NVGR8 Bio Labs does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
Products have not been evaluated by the TGA or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Products are handled only by appropriately trained and qualified individuals
- Proper laboratory safety and storage protocols are followed
- All applicable local, state, and federal laws are complied with
- You conduct your own due diligence regarding lawful possession and use
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the Site or products. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Using products outside laboratory research
- Providing products to third parties for non-research purposes
- Breaching applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with Site security, systems, or payment processes
6. Pricing, Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. NVGR8 Bio Labs may accept or reject orders at its discretion, including where fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued for the cancelled items.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Due to the nature of research materials, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, branding, product names, and design — is the intellectual property of NVGR8 Bio Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Regulatory & Customs Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your purchase complies with all applicable laws and regulations. NVGR8 Bio Labs is not liable for seizures, delays, duties, taxes, or actions taken by regulatory or customs authorities.
11. Force Majeure
NVGR8 Bio Labs is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or government actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVGR8 Bio Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of products or the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
